Yahoo Shifting Ad Serving 100% to adCenter Today

Microhoo transitioning paid search 100% to adCenter

Just a quick update on the MicroHoo partnership. Back in August, we announced the organic switch from Yahoo to Bing and now it appears the two partners have a go-ahead to transfer ad serving 100% over to Bing today.

Per our Yahoo rep:

We are on track to complete the transition of ad serving to adCenter this week.  We just received confirmation that we are a go for shifting to 100% of overall traffic in adCenter by 3:00PM EST today. The only exception to this shift is mobile low-fi traffic, which should reach 100% by Wednesday evening.  When this step is completed, all US and Canadian Yahoo! Search Marketing accounts will switch to a read-only mode, and you’ll need to manage your Yahoo! traffic solely through adCenter.

If you haven’t transitioned your Yahoo! accounts to adCenter, that should be #1 on your priority  list to ensure important traffic / sales are not lost! For more details on the transition process check out Yahoo!’s recommendation for self service advertisers and Managed advertisers.
