It’s no surprise then that Boticca have been doing very well on social media channels such as Facebook and Pinterest. Their Facebook page interacts with customers and shares product news as well as fun fashion tit-bits and the Pinterest page offers a massive 74 boards of luscious images to their 714 followers and has achieved over 300 likes!

With all of the customer interaction Boticca were receiving through their social channels they made a study into what habits could be concluded over the period of a month.
